Job Summary:

The Management Trainee will undergo hands-on training in restaurant operations, customer service, team leadership, and business management. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their leadership capabilities and build a long-term career in the Food & Beverage industry.

The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, maintain quality standards, and support the achievement of sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with guests.
• Assist in supervising, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Learn and implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and team performance management.
• Monitor inventory and support proper inventory control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with different departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in training programs focused on leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
• Support the management team in achieving sales, service, and operational targets.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a pleasing personality and professional demeanor.
• Demonstrates leadership potential and the ability to motivate and work effectively with a team.
• Willing to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Flexible to be assigned to different store or branch locations as required.
• Must be available to start immediately.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
• Previous experience in restaurant operations, customer service, or team supervision is an advantage.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
