We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager I to lead and deliver strategic initiatives within our Financial Services business. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of projects that support business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the financial services or banking industry, with the ability to drive complex projects from initiation through implementation while maintaining alignment with business goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure project success.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and implement best project management practices.
  • Support organizational change management and stakeholder adoption during project implementations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited institution.
  • 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management.
  • Strong background in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within banking, card services, or client onboarding environments.
  • Project management certifications such as:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PRINCE2
  • Experience leading enterprise or large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
