• Ensures the timeliness of recording all receipts in accordance to the set guidelines, policies and procedures of the company.
• Maintains monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions.
• Attends to the various clients queries regarding their transactions.
• Administers the Cashiers records retention system and ensures all documentation and appropriate approvals are obtained and audit requirements are met
• Performs work assignment with minimum need for supervision and guidance.
• Utilize skills to execute work responsibilities on clients
• Participates in the maintenance of a cohesive work environment.
• Perform such other tasks as may be directed.

Qualifications:

• College Degree: Graduate of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, typically in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field. [1, 2]
• Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in cashiering, billing, or general accounting.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
