Your primary responsibility is to serve as an operational anchor, guiding clients through the intricacies of the home loan application and origination process. You will evaluate client financial goals, match them with suitable loan products, gather critical documentation, and manage files through to underwriter approval while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Consultation & Guidance: Meet with potential borrowers to explore financial goals, assess mortgage needs, and provide clear guidance on suitable home loan products, interest structures, and lending terms.
  • Application & Loan Processing: Assist borrowers with completing comprehensive mortgage applications and meticulously collect all required supporting documents (including income statements, credit reports, and property appraisals).
  • Pre-Qualification Assessment: Evaluate borrower financial profiles to determine eligibility across various residential programs and issue formal pre-qualification letters to assist clients in their property search.

[CAREER 2] MORTGAGE SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Commercial & Non-Conventional Lending)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly specialized, detail-oriented Mortgage Support Specialist with direct experience in the Australian commercial real estate, private lending, and development finance sectors. In this role, you will serve as the technical and operational backbone of our commercial deal team. You will support brokers through highly complex non-conventional funding structures, ensuring applications meet stringent institutional and private standards and moving high-value files smoothly from initial intake to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Commercial Deal Support: Manage processing and administrative requirements for a diverse portfolio of Australian commercial, private, and specialized development finance files.

This role requires an advanced understanding of loan structuring, credit policy, and client relationship management. Beyond managing high-tier and complex files, you will demonstrate leadership qualities by driving process optimization, staying on top of tech-stack integrations, and mentoring junior team members to ensure the overall operational team maintains premium quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Pre-Qualification: Conduct initial high-net-worth client consultations to map out homeownership strategies; evaluate complex serviceability and creditworthiness using tools like Quickli and applying the 5 Cs of Lending.
