The Materials Management Assistant supports the materials management operations by assisting in logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, and documentation control to ensure timely delivery and proper tracking of construction materials across project sites.

Logistics & Delivery Support

• Monitor Delivery Advice Forms (DAF) schedules and update tracking logs.
• Assist in verifying supplier delivery schedules and quantities.
• Coordinate with suppliers for delivery confirmations under supervision.
• Reconcile Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Advice Forms (DAF) for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain delivery monitoring reports.

Inventory Monitoring & Documentation

• Assist in conducting site and stockyard inspections.
• Record and update inventory data and stock movement reports.
• Support Site Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) audit activities.
• Track excess materials for reporting and possible reallocation.
• Consolidate bi-monthly inventory reports for review.

Administrative & Reporting Support

• Prepare standard forms and documentation for materials monitoring.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Assist in gathering data for material consumption analysis.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Naic, Cavite

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php37,730.83 per month
