Full job description

Join our Finance Team and help ensure efficient billing, cashiering, and patient account services in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process HMO and PhilHealth (PHIC) billing requirements and documentation.
  • Prepare and explain patient billing statements and hospital charges.
  • Receive and process payments, issue official receipts, and reconcile daily collections.
  • Assist with emergency room billing, admissions, and HMO coordination.
  • Audit discharged patient charts and ensure accurate billing records.
  • Provide quality customer service by assisting patients and their families with billing concerns.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, or a related course.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospital experience or on-the-job training in a healthcare setting is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
