Minimum Education / Experience Required:

• Licensed Pharmacist
• No previous experience necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Dispenses medications accurately and ensures timely distribution for both in-patients and out-patients.
• Maintains pharmacy records and updates patient medication, charging, and inventory data in the BIZBOX system.
• Participates in patient care by reviewing drug regimens, monitoring adverse drug reactions, and identifying potential drug interactions.
• Reviews and manages narcotic and controlled drug prescriptions to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapy.
• Oversees proper storage, handling, security, and disposal of medicines, including monitoring refrigerator and room temperatures.
• Conducts inventory management activities such as receiving deliveries, preparing receiving reports, performing inventory counts, and monitoring near-expiry medicines.
• Provides medication counseling and responds to drug-related inquiries from patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
• Prepares pharmacy reports, records prescriptions, processes medicine requisitions, and facilitates procurement of non-formulary or emergency medications.
• Supervises pharmacy operations and personnel, including pharmacy assistants, ward stock inspections, vial crushing activities, and continuing professional development initiatives.

Pay: From Php24,000.00 per month
