DETAILED DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality

• Adheres to the standard way of processing of different company products
• Ensures the labels and seals are intact and properly executed
• Does the sorting and segregation to minimize rejection of products by QC

Quantity

• Meets the target amount that must be produced as set per employee and per section of production while maintaining the quality of the products

Adherence to cGMP, SSOP

• Observes the cGMP and SSOP guidelines inside the production area
• Maintains personnel cGMP by having good personal hygiene and wearing proper uniform

Attendance

• Goes to work earlier than the schedule to prepare by wearing proper uniform
• Goes to work regularly and asks permission before taking leave/late to not compromise production load

Audit

• Section passes the internal audit by QC staff by participating and adhering to cGMP / SSOP inside the production area
• Perform other duties and function as may deemed necessary by his/her superior

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Satisfactory performance of the above Key Result Areas.

• Confidentiality of Findings and Reports
• Safekeeping of evidence for turn-over to the HR Department
• Confidential Reports required by Management
• Submit weekly production monitoring reports to Team Leader

Education and Experience:

• At least high school graduate
• Must have at least 2 years work-related experience in Food Industry

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
• Physically fit as it may require strenuous physical activity on extended working hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
