Full job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform assigned tasks in the production line including preparation, processing, packing, and labeling of products
  • Follow Production SOPs, Food Safety Programs, cGMP, and 5S standards at all times
  • Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment
  • Conduct basic quality checks and report any defects or non-conformances
  • Meet daily production targets and assist in minimizing wastage
  • Follow workplace safety guidelines and report hazards immediately
  • Support other production activities as needed

Education & Experience
  • At least High School Graduate
  • Experience in food manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, shifting schedule

  • Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
