Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and preparing production materials, equipment, and work areas.
• Operate production machinery and equipment as instructed.
• Follow production schedules, procedures, and work instructions.
• Assemble, process, pack, or inspect products according to specifications.
• Check products for quality and report defects or irregularities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Follow workplace safety rules and proper handling procedures.
• Monitor equipment and immediately report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate production records when required.
• Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and handling of materials.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other production team members.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; vocational training is an advantage.
• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or factory experience is preferred but may not be required.
• Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and dependable.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
