Facilities Management Engineer (FME)

The Facilities Management Engineer (FME) serves as the overall facilities management lead for the CSC account, providing strategic and technical direction to ensure that all contracted services are consistently delivered at premium standards.

The FME is responsible for maintaining the overall quality, reliability, safety, and efficiency of facilities services, including engineering and maintenance, housekeeping, and other support services provided by the Company. The position also serves as the key liaison between the Company and the Client, building strong professional relationships and ensuring that client requirements and expectations are effectively addressed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and leadership for facilities management services
• Ensure engineering, maintenance, housekeeping, and other contracted services consistently meet premium service standards, contractual requirements, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Maintain oversight of the facility's overall condition, reliability, cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
• Provide technical direction on preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, and recurring facility concerns.
• Conduct regular facility and service-quality reviews to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure concerns and deficiencies are addressed promptly through the appropriate operational teams.
• Establish and maintain a strong professional relationship and good rapport with client representatives, acting as the Company's primary facilities management point of contact.
• Understand Client priorities and expectations and translate them into appropriate operational direction and service improvements.
• Lead regular client coordination, performance reviews, and discussions on facility requirements and improvement initiatives.
• Promote a culture of service excellence, professionalism, responsiveness, safety, and continuous improvement across the account.
• Review key facilities reports, maintenance performance, incidents, service concerns, and KPI/SLA results and provide appropriate management direction.
• Anticipate potential operational issues and recommend proactive solutions to maintain business continuity and Client satisfaction.
• Ensure all facilities activities comply with Company standards, Client requirements, safety policies, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Licensed Engineer preferred.
• Relevant experience in Facilities Management, Building Engineering, Property Management, or Integrated Facilities Services.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance management, safety, and facilities operations.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong commitment to premium service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Success Measures

Success in this role will be measured through Client satisfaction, service quality, facility reliability, KPI/SLA achievement, safety and compliance, timely resolution of critical concerns, continuous improvement, and the maintenance of a strong and trusted relationship with CSC's various clients

Pay: Php100,400.00 - Php126,000.00 per month
