Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee global e-commerce operations while supporting international shipping, import/export compliance, and cross-border fulfillment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Shopify operations, inventory, logistics, and international product movement, including familiarity with import/export regulations and shipping hazardous or regulated goods such as lithium batteries.
Must-Have Experience
- Candidates should have experience with one or more of the following:
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify store operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, and inventory management systems.
- International Import & Export Operations
