Job Summary
The Export Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all export activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage all export operations in accordance with company policies and international trade regulations
  • Prepare, review, and oversee export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.)
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government agencies
  • Monitor export shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays or issues
  • Ensure compliance with customs, trade laws, and export controls of destination countries
  • Analyze export performance and prepare reports for management
  • Identify new international markets and support export sales growth strategies
  • Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with logistics providers
  • Manage export costs and ensure budget adherence
  • Maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in export operations or international logistics
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and trade regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and export/logistics systems

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in FMCG / manufacturing / trading industry
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
