We are looking for a passionate and visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of Vivere Hotel and Resorts. In this role, you will oversee kitchen operations, inspire culinary innovation, and ensure every dish reflects the highest standards of quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction. Your Role:

  • Take Ownership: Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, quality control, inventory management, and kitchen administration.
  • Lead with Heart: Inspire, mentor, and develop the culinary team to foster a culture of collaboration, discipline, creativity, and service excellence.
  • Ignite Innovation: Create innovative menus, seasonal offerings, and culinary concepts that elevate the dining experience and strengthen the brand.
  • Value Integrity: Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards while maintaining operational efficiency and cost control.

What You Bring:

  • A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of culinary experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in hotels or upscale dining establishments.
  • Strong expertise in international and local cuisine, menu engineering, and kitchen operations.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen budgeting.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation and guest satisfaction.
