We are the startup company based in Japan and Philippines. If we categorize us, people can say DTC fashion startup “for now”. Back in 2022 March, we started as UGC video marketing platform and we pivoted because of a 90-Day challenge. I, Harry, gave Mimi 10k pesos and asked her to build 10M-peso valuation small business and she did that only in 90 days. Then we pivoted to Etsuka, a fashion brand upcycling vintage kimono. Isn’t it amazing?Currently, we are hiring all over the world but mostly looking for the talent onsite work for now.Working hard is default in here. Working three times harder than usual people.

Doing your best is default. You need to give out 120% everyday.

You won’t be able to catch up to the company speed for the first year. If you can, that means the company is growing slowly.

Photoshoot Assistant
The Photoshoot Assistant supports the team in ensuring every photoshoot runs smoothly and stays organised. This role focuses on item tracking, schedule coordination, and file management before, during, and after each shoot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log and track all items used for each photoshoot to ensure accurate inventory.
• Follow the photoshoot agenda and help keep the team on schedule.
• Organise and maintain folders and files in Google Drive for easy access and proper documentation.
• Prepare and organise products before and after the shoot.
• Assist with general coordination and other administrative tasks as needed to support the photoshoot team.

Requirement

• Minimum one year experience in the related field
• Receptive and humble enough to receive the feedback from founders
• Works hard and fits the startup culture
• Communicates promptly, clearly, and proactively
• Be able to work with founders smoothly and fast

Salary and setup

• Comfortable to work in the startup setup. Everything can be negotiable.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
