Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

· With or without PRC License

· At least 1 year experience in similar role

· Proficient in the use of computer aided design (CAD) software

· Additional licenses or certificates may be a preference

· Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects

· Great written and verbal communication skills

· Willingness to learn

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Project Progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards
  • Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities
  • Coordinate with contractors and third party consultants / professionals connected to the projects
  • Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development
  • Determine and present estimates of operational costs
  • Evaluate operations and processes of construction projects
  • Inspect facilities and analyze operational data
  • Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency
  • Implement improvements to designs and processes
  • Monitor the testing of materials and structural integrity
  • Research and report the environmental impact of projects
  • Create graphical representations of proposed solutions
  • Compile, submit and present reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders as well progress report to immediate superiors
  • Direct engineering activities; assign tasks, provide training and support
