Entry Level Government jobs

Work schedule: Dayshift, 6AM - 3PM, Mondays - Fridays

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Ensure all timesheet, payroll changes, and documents are submitted before deadlines
• Maintain payroll data and deliver pay slips promptly, manage special or late payroll runs as needed
• Reconcile and report on payroll-related financial data.
• Respond to payroll inquiries professionally
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems for secure data retention.
• Perform other tasks as required by the client or management

• Detail-oriented individual with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
• Able to meet strict deadlines and can quickly adapt to new payroll systems and software

Qualifications

• Proficient in using Excel, Teams and Outlook
• Graduate of either Accounting Technology, Business or Finance Management
