EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCES:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer.
• With Professional Driver’s License B and B1 (Manual).
• Preferably with atleast 1 year experience in leading and managing a team, with knowledge in telecommunications is an advantage.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Utilities Attachment Management Engineer accomplishes department objectives by supervising UAM field technicians, organizing and monitoring their work processes. Maintains his/ her employees by selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes field results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. He/ She ensures the completeness and accuracy of all data and reports submitted to his/ her team leader.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing work orders and projects for field personnel
• Creating and planning team schedules and area for field survey
• Summarizing and validating evaluated RTA Applications
• Reviewing RTA compliance reports to be submitted
• Accounting hauled alley arm materials and store requisitions
• Evaluating performance and providing feedback
• Monitoring the performance and productivity of field crews
• Reviewing and checking of submitted reports, transmittals, documentations, etc. of field technicians
• Conducting field audit to the completed field projects
• Maintaining a communicable monitoring files and presentations
• Finalizing and releasing of weekly and/or monthly reports
• Communicating with pole users, Meralco client and LGU
• Coordinating issues and concerns to the clients and higher management
• Ensures the safety and teamwork of his/ her subordinates.
