JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Technical Support

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist users with operating systems, applications, and devices.
• Provide step-by-step troubleshooting guidance.
• Timely response and closure of assigned Helpdesk tickets.

2. User Assistance

• Responds to support requests via various channels.
• Offer remote or on-site help.
• Educate users on IT best practices and preventive measures.

3. System and Network Maintenance

• Perform regular system and network upkeep.
• Install, configure, and update hardware/software.
• Monitor performance and ensure system reliability.

4. Connectivity Support

• Troubleshoot internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issue.
• Support network set-up and maintenance.

5. Documentation

• Record issues, solutions, and user interactions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

6. Asset Management

• Track IT equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.

7. Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with other IT teams.
• Escalate complex issues as needed.

8. Hardware Disposal and Asset Disposal - twice a year

• Quarterly access control audit and review for AD/email and SAP.
• Bi-weekly Log collection and analysis (AD, WSUS, RAD). Check failed logins, Disk errors and generate a summary report.
• Monthly patch management review of Microsoft and Trellix for AD, WSUS/RAD and all computers of assigned Area.
• Conduct DR Drill on a semi-annually for PLDT to Globe on the fly and vice versa.
• Quarterly physical IT Asset Tagging (checking) and Inventory Audit.
• Conduct quarterly checking of reliability, accessibility and availability of all access points.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education

• A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or other related technical courses.

2. Experience

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• With at least 6 months of technical experience

3. Technical Competencies

• Technical knowledge of operation and functioning of Windows Operating Systems.
• Proficient in hardware/software installation troubleshooting / repair of desktop.
• Troubleshooting PCs, able to manage IT desktop infrastructure, network cabling, etc.
• Fast learner and can be able to easily grasp new technologies, software/hardware and IT concepts.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.

4. Other

• Willing to be assigned to field operations and client sites.

Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
