IT Staff
Job Qualifications:
- BS Computer Science, BS Information Technology, or any IT-related course
- With 1–3 years of experience
- Knowledgeable in Infrastructure, Projects, Systems, and Security
- Willing to be assigned at NYK TDG PHILIPPINES INC. for direct hire.
Job Description:
- Administer servers, networks, security appliances, storage, and key business applications
- Monitor the performance, availability, and security of IT systems and perform preventive maintenance
- Implement technical solutions, system upgrades, and configuration changes
- Provide escalation support for complex technical issues beyond IT Staff handling
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, asset inventories, and technical standards
- Support cybersecurity initiatives such as patching, threat monitoring, and access control
- Assist the IT Manager with project execution and implementation of new technology
