Role: User Research Associate — AI Parenting App (Digital baby)
Remote (Philippines) · Full-time · ₱35,000–50,000/month

About: Digital baby is an AI companion app for parents and their little ones. We're growing fast and want to deeply understand our users — what they love, what confuses them, why they stay or leave. Your job is to call our users every day and bring those insights back to the product team.

This is a calling role. User research here happens over the phone, not over surveys or email. You'll be on calls for most of your day, every day.

What you'll do (daily):

  • Make 50–70+ calls per day to Nuvo users
  • Of these, complete 15–20 deep research calls, each lasting at least 10 minutes
  • Ask sharp follow-up questions to get past surface answers to real motivations
  • Write a short insight summary after each deep call — patterns, standout quotes, surprises
  • Flag recurring pain points, feature requests, and paywall/pricing reactions

This is a high-volume, high-energy role. Consistency every single day is what matters — not just on good days.

You must have:

  • Tagalog AND fluent English — fully bilingual, comfortable holding a deep conversation in both
  • Genuine curiosity — you love understanding why people do things
  • Persistence — comfortable dialing 60 - 80 people a day without getting discouraged
  • Ability to turn messy conversations into clear, useful takeaways
  • Reliable internet + a quiet space for calls
  • A Philippines calling number you can use for calls

Experience: 1–2 years. Prior experience in user research is required

You'll be measured on: completed deep calls per day + quality of insights captured. A rushed call that learns nothing doesn't count.
