Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead our field service technicians and production assemblers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence. This role requires a hands-on approach, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of field service technicians and production assemblers, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex engineering issues.

- Oversee the assembly, installation, and maintenance of [specific products or systems.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety.

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all work performed, including reports, records, and procedures.

- Analyze data and identify trends to improve processes and prevent future issues.

- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

- Willingness to extend time beyond office hours to meet project deadlines and address urgent issues.

Qualifications:
