Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Warehouse Encoder to serve as the backbone of our digital inventory management. While our Scanners handle physical processing, the Encoder is responsible for the integrity of our data—ensuring that quantities, locations, and SKU details are captured with absolute precision. This role is instrumental in maintaining inventory accuracy and streamlining our overall logistics workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Execute accurate, real-time data entry of receiving reports and pick lists into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain a systematic digital and physical archive of delivery receipts, invoices, and waybills for easy retrieval and auditing.
• Inventory Integrity: Conduct regular reconciliations between system records and physical counts; promptly identify and report any variances (shorts/overs) to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel and internal software to generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly inventory status reports.
• Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Warehouse Scanners and Pickers to verify item specifications and resolve data discrepancies at the source.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
• Experience: Prior experience in data entry, clerical administration, or warehouse encoding is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (specifically data sorting, basic formulas, and formatting).
• Proven ability to maintain high-speed typing with 100% accuracy.
• Personal Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Location: Willingness to report for duty in Taguig City.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
