Operations

• Maintains and properly files all client records, contracts, and cheques for replacement and purchase requests.
• Prepares delivery receipts and sales invoices.
• Prepares the complete parts, tools and equipment needed before the delivery and installation of machines.
• Coordinates with Account Executives and ensures proper scheduling and itinerary of machine demos and deliveries.
• Prepares official and provisional receipts.
• Books cargo shipments machines.
• Monitor shipments of consumables and machine parts.
• Responsible for maintaining all pull-out forms/Free-Of-Charge (FOC) for demos.
• Responsible for the processing of reimbursement forms and payments.

Others

• Purchase office and medical supplies needed to support operations
• Secures RFID load of vehicles before dispatch.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned or delegated by the Operations Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
