Position Title: Data Encoder (Job Order) – Student Records Digitization
Salary: ₱695/day
Office Assignment: University Registrars Office

Job Summary:

The Data Encoder will assist in the digitization of student records by converting physical files and documents into organized electronic formats.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in encoding and organizing data.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in data encoding, scanning, or clerical work is an advantage but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Encode student records and related documents into the designated database or electronic system.
  • Scan and digitize physical student files, ensuring legibility and proper organization.
  • Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and assist in organizing electronic records.
  • Follow data confidentiality and security protocols in handling student records.
  • Assist the Records Officer or administrative staff with other clerical tasks as needed.
