  • Set up a conference for every meeting

  • Monitoring printers
  • Process internet connection
  • Request and monitor supplies for IT use
  • Making user agreements for all company issues (phone, SIM, and laptop)
  • Updating progress photos on the website
  • Generate workers and key personnel DTR
  • Checking workers’ DTR plotting
  • Plotting motor pool & precast workers DTR
  • Asst. Accounting for printing and cutting workers’ pay slips
  • Preparing Palawan forms for admin payroll
