Full job description

First Aider provides immediate medical response, basic life support, and patient stabilization during site incidents across active work zones. They are responsible for maintaining DOLE-compliant emergency kits and tracking medical logs. This role coordinates emergency transport with local medical services and assists the Safety Officer with toolbox talks, health monitoring, and hazard reporting

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer first aid treatment during workplace incidents, accidents, or medical emergencies.
  • Coordinate with emergency medical services and assist in transferring injured personnel when necessary.
  • Ensure first aid kits, stretchers, and medical supplies are available, accessible, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Record all treatments, incidents, and accidents; submit reports promptly.
  • Support the Safety Officer in conducting toolbox talks, safety drills, and health awareness campaigns.
  • Identify health hazards, promote safety rules, and assist in safety training.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor

Qualification:

  • Preferably with at least 1 or 2 years experience in construction, industrial, or safety-related work.
  • Standard First Aid and BLS Training (with valid certificate), completed COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) training (DOLE-accredited)
  • Calm under pressure, physically fit, good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of site hazards & safety regulations.
  • Willing to be assigned in Bulacan
  • Willing to work flexible/shifting hours & wear required PPE.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
