Are you an Electronics Engineering (ECE) Fresh Graduate looking to kick-start your career in the electronics and semiconductor manufacturing industry? Join our team and gain hands-on experience in test engineering, process improvement, and new product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering (ECE)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Fresh Graduate with good academic distinctions, leadership experience, or active participation in school organizations is advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Improve test yield, productivity, and process efficiency through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to resolve product and process issues.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and reliability.
- Manage and update test documentation, work instructions, FMEA, and technical reports.
- Support engineering change implementation and process control activities.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure successful product qualification and production readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
