As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting children's holistic development through engaging learning experiences, fostering strong partnerships with families, collaborating with fellow educators, and providing quality daily care in a nurturing preschool environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences for preschool children.
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress.
• Carry out daily caregiving routines while promoting children's independence.
• Work collaboratively with the preschool team to achieve educational goals.

• Monthly Salary: SGD 3,500 (approximately PHP 165,000)

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Holds an Early Childhood Education (ECE) qualification with:
• Minimum 1,200 training hours
• 300-hour practicum
• Specialization in children aged 3–5 years
• Willing to take the IELTS General Training examination and obtain a minimum Band Score of 6.5 before deployment
• Must complete a pre-employment medical examination
• Must successfully pass the L2C Examination within three months of arrival in Singapore
