JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth front-of-house and back-of-house operations, delivering excellent customer service, supervising and training staff, and upholding brand standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Operational Management

• Supervise and coordinate all daily restaurant operations across front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) areas.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure the store meets Crosta Pizzeria's operational and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain accurate records of payroll, attendance, and other administrative tasks.
• Develop and manage daily manpower schedules based on operational needs.

Service Excellence

• Monitor and maintain service quality standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Interact with guests to gather feedback on food quality and service, and implement improvements as needed.
• Promote a positive store image and enhance brand presence within the local community.

Staff Training & Supervision

• Train new and existing staff on company procedures, customer service, and operational standards.
• Ensure incoming staff comply with store policies and expectations.
• Continuously coach and develop team members to meet performance goals and uphold service standards.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
