JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compile, update and submit statutory documentry requirements to the SEC, BIR and local government units.
- Lead application, renewal, and maintenance of the foundations' DSWD registration, license to operate and accreditation.
- Organize and submit required documents to PCNC.
- Coordinate on-site evaluation visits conducted by DSWD and PCNC accessors.
- Activity and Event Coordinator of the Foundation.
- Provide clerical support.
- Keeps a Database of the Foundation.
- Coordination with company legal for the foundation and group of companies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of BS in Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Exceptional attention to Detail
- Highly Organized
- Experienced with Email Platforms
- Familiarity with Data Entry
- Invoicing
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the industry.
