We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HMO Staff to join our hospital. If you are organized, people-oriented, and have experience in health insurance processing or customer service, you are very welcome to apply.

Qualifications:
✅ Graduate of any 4-year course
✅ With or without HMO experience (experience is an advantage)
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Organized and has attention to detail
✅ Proficient in MS Office applications
✅ Willing to work in a hospital setting and under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various HMOs and insurance providers
• Facilitate patient availment and approval processes
• Assist patients with HMO-related concerns
• Maintain accurate records and reports
