Medical Assistant (Full-Time)

Health Stat Diagnostic and Medical Clinic, Co. is looking for a qualified and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our growing team in Marikina City.

As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting physicians and delivering high-quality care. This full-time position involves a combination of administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.

Qualifications

• Preferably a Nursing graduate (but not required)
• Background in admin work, with strong interest in medical and diagnostic terms
• Can work independently and stay organized under pressure
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
• Excellent time management and 5-star customer service mindset
• Patient, flexible, and detail-oriented
• Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care

Your Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and process patient medical records
• Handle inquiries via phone and other communication channels
• Manage patient flow, from intake to discharge, while encoding accurate data
• Assist in lab test coordination, procedure preparation, and follow-up consults
• Provide cost estimates and assist in billing
• Help with basic diagnostic tasks under supervision
• Monitor and maintain clinic supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with admin and perform other tasks as assigned

Compensation & Contract

• Basic Pay + Overtime Pay (if working beyond regular hours)
• Holiday Pay + 13th Month Pay
• Initial contract: 5-month probation, with potential for regularization based on performance

• Worksite: Marikina City
• Applicants must be able to commute or relocate reliably before starting
