About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Officer to handle purchase orders from receipt to fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, coordination, and ensuring accuracy in daily operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and gain valuable experience in order management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing & Documentation- prepare essential order documents such as purchase orders, delivery receipts, and shipping notices.
  • Coordination & Logistics Support- coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Administrative Support- provide documentation support for marketing events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
