Job Summary

The Occupational Health Physician is responsible for promoting and maintaining the physical and mental well-being of employees in the workplace. This includes conducting medical assessments, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, preventing work-related illnesses and injuries, and supporting overall employee health programs.

Key Responsibilities1. Employee Health Management

  • Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations
  • Assess employees’ fitness for work and provide medical clearance
  • Diagnose and manage work-related illnesses and injuries
  • Provide medical consultations and treatment to employees

2. Occupational Health & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health standards and government regulations
  • Advise management on health and safety policies and workplace hazards
  • Participate in risk assessments and recommend preventive measures

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD)
  • Licensed Physician (with valid PRC license or equivalent)

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
