About Us

TL Mabuhay Driving Lesson Academy, a proud subsidiary of the Mabuhay Group, is committed to promoting road safety and shaping highly responsible drivers across the Davao Region. We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous LTO Accredited Physician to lead our on-site medical clinic, ensuring all our students and applicants are physically and mentally fit to take the road.

Position Overview

As our Accreditation Physician, you will serve as the primary medical authority for our driving academy. Your core responsibility is to conduct mandatory physical, visual, and auditory evaluations for driver’s license and student permit applicants [1]. You will ensure strict compliance with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) medical standards and accurately issue real-time electronic Medical Certificates through the LTO-IT platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Medical Examinations: Evaluate the physical and mental fitness of applicants, conducting mandatory visual (acuity and colorblindness), auditory, and overall mobility assessments.
  • Issue Medical Certificates: Utilize the LTO's designated web-based IT system and biometric fingerprint scanners to authorize and transmit medical results in real-time.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Strictly adhere to the guidelines set forth by LTO Administrative Orders and the Central Accreditation Committee on Medical Clinics, ensuring no falsified documents are processed.
  • Maintain Medical Records: Keep accurate, secure, and highly confidential medical records for all examined applicants in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.
  • Identify Impairments: Properly assess and document any orthopedic impairments or underlying health conditions, recommending specialized vehicle customizations if necessary.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Doctor of Medicine duly licensed to practice in the Philippines with an active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID.
  • Must currently hold an LTO Accreditation as a Physician, or possess all necessary documents to immediately secure one (including a PMA Certificate of Good Moral Standing, BIR Professional Tax Receipt, and TIN).
  • Comfortable using digital biometric systems (such as Dermalog scanners), web applications, and computer-based acuity/auditory testing equipment.
  • Unwavering commitment to medical ethics, public safety, and a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent medical certifications.
  • Able to hold clinical hours within Tagum City and consistently coordinate with our licensing partners and driving instructors.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
