Responsibilities

Patient Care

a. Conduct consultations and assessments for new and existing clients.

b. Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs.

c. Perform a variety of medical aesthetic procedures, including injections, chemical peels, mesotherapy, PRP, botox, dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, glutathione injections, and laser treatments.

Treatment Management

a. Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.

b. Ensure all treatments adhere to medical protocols and safety standards.

c. Monitor and manage any complications or adverse effects from treatments.

Client Education

a. Provide thorough education to clients about their treatments and services.

b. Offer clear pre- and post-treatment care instructions.

c. Address client concerns and questions promptly and professionally.

Staff Training

a. Train clinic staff on treatment procedures and responsibilities.

b. Ensure staff are well-versed in safety protocols and client care standards.

c. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain high service quality.

Client Relations

a. Promote additional treatments and services to enhance client satisfaction and clinic revenue.

Team Collaboration

a. Collaborate effectively with other clinic staff to ensure a seamless client

experience.

b. Help maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.

Research and Development

a. Participate in the research and development of various machines, services, and products for the company.
