Full job description

  • Weekly Clinic Operations
  • Conduct onsite employee medical consultations during scheduled clinic hours.
  • Assess minor illnesses, health concerns, and basic medical needs within clinic scope.
  • Provide fit-to-work, return-to-work, or work restriction recommendations when necessary.
  • Review medical certificates and provide medical guidance related to attendance concerns when requested.
  • Occupational Health Compliance Support
  • Provide professional advice on occupational health compliance requirements.
  • Review workplace health practices and recommend improvements aligned with OSH standards.
  • Support preparation or review of required medical and health-related documentation during engagement period.
  • Case Review and Employee Health Management
  • Review employees with recurring illness patterns, prolonged absences, or health-related work limitations.
  • Recommend referrals to specialists, laboratories, or hospitals when needed.
  • Support return-to-work planning for employees recovering from illness or injury.
  • Workplace Health Advisory
  • Identify common workplace health risks such as ergonomics, communicable illness exposure, stress-related concerns, and lifestyle risks.
  • Recommend preventive measures to management and HR.
  • Provide guidance during outbreaks or health-related workplace concerns.
  • Health Promotion Activities
  • Support periodic wellness initiatives such as health talks, vaccination guidance, and preventive care campaigns, subject to schedule availability.

Pay: Php634.00 per day

Work Location: Remote
