Job Description


Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of whole Food and Beverage Department.

Ensure guest services and products are delivered according to the standard to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Achieve departmental goals, in terms of guest satisfaction, financial targets, associates training and high associate morale.

To respond to changes in the Food and Beverage Department as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

To always be up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) in sales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized.

To continuously seek ways to management in the outlets to maximize revenues and profit.

Delegates work in a manner appropriate to skill levels and the abilities of talents.

Sets high standards and establishes demanding but achievable goals.

Accept additional or temporary assignment as instructed by superior from time to time.
