They offer a comprehensive suite of services, including engineering, land surveying, environmental consulting, GIS, aerial services, right-of-way acquisition, title research, land administration, mineral leasing, and staffing solutions. Their proprietary GRID Technology platform provides document management and project tracking capabilities.

The company serves a diverse range of industries, such as renewable energy (wind, solar, renewable natural gas), midstream and upstream oil & gas, utilities and electric transmission, and highway and rail infrastructure. About the Role
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be the strategic talent scout and driving force at the top of the recruitment funnel for our client’s expanding land services division. Your mission is to ensure a continuous pipeline of exceptional professionals across title, right-of-way, operations, and land administration lines by providing targeted research, proactive outreach, and precise qualification calls. This role plays a key part in scaling the core recruitment team’s capacity and maintaining the company’s reputation for high-standard operational execution.

Responsibilities

  • Targeted Candidate Sourcing: Conduct deep-dive research, market mapping, and strategic outreach to identify qualified talent within specialized fields (land services, right-of-way, surveying, and land administration).
  • Initial Candidate Qualification: Conduct highly professional phone screening and qualification calls to assess candidate availability, compensation expectations, professional background, and relevant project experience.
  • ATS Data Management: Maintain absolute data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite). Input comprehensive candidate profiles, notes, and screening outcomes to ensure smooth handoffs to full-cycle recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Industry Knowledge Development: Quickly learn, adapt, and apply technical industry terminology and keyword strings specific to land services and infrastructure industries to refine search parameters.
  • Pipeline Enablement: Build and nurture a consistent volume of pre-vetted candidates to strengthen team capacity and accelerate project timelines.

Competencies and Qualifications
Must-Have

  • Proven capability to work with limited information, identify industry-relevant keywords, and navigate professional networks like LinkedIn to surface passive talent.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence to conduct brief, professional phone screenings with US-based professionals.
  • Direct experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and database management workflows
  • A structured approach to learning new industry terminology and an eagerness to specialize in a niche sector.
  • Ability to work consistently during US business hours to engage directly with the target talent pool.

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience sourcing or coordinating recruitment for US-based clients, specifically within land services, right-of-way, surveying, real estate, or industrial sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume sourcing or lead-generation functions.
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative professional networking platforms.
