JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for Team Members who will assist in the daily operations of our llaollao store in Festival Mall. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, preparing products according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth store operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve llaollao products following company standards.
• Operate the POS and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store and work areas.
• Replenish products, ingredients, and other store supplies as needed.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
• Support the team in achieving store sales and service goals.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least Senior High School graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.
• With or without experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Customer-service oriented and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well with a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced store environment.
