Tech Chat Support Representative
Location: Davao City, Davao del Sur (Onsite)
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

What We Are Looking For (Job Requirements)
You will excel in this role if you meet the following criteria:
- Experience: At least 1 year of solid Technical Support experience in a BPO environment.
- Niche Skill: Direct experience handling a Telco account via Chat Support.
- Education: K-12 Graduate / Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum) or above.
- Setup: Willing to work on a shifting schedule onsite at our Davao City office.
- Skills: Strong written English communication skills, excellent typing speed, and a natural ability to troubleshoot technical issues calmly.
