Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate security personnel performance to maintain operational effectiveness.
• Conduct inspections and address any guarding deficiencies as needed.
• Assign guards for merchandise and cash transfers, ensuring secure handling from origin to destination.
• Respond to and resolve security-related customer concerns and incidents.
• Investigate security-related cases and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Conduct guard mounting, briefings, and debriefings for assigned shifts.
• Inspect facilities before opening and after closing to identify and address security risks.
• Implement contingency measures during emergencies to minimize operational disruption.
• Prepare and submit security reports on incidents and preventive measures.
• Screen and evaluate applicants for security guard positions, including interviews and background checks.
• Train and orient security personnel on company policies, asset protection, and professional standards.
• Provide coaching and recommend corrective actions for performance improvement.
• Validate and authenticate guard duty records for payroll and monitoring purposes.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and external partners when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or any related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in security, law enforcement, or protective services.
• Supervisory or managerial background preferred.
• Proficient in using computers and basic office applications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledgeable in security procedures, investigations, laws, and safety regulations.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Supervises: Security Guards
