Job Summary

The Internal Security CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of company personnel, assets, facilities, and operations. The position requires continuous observation of CCTV footage, prompt reporting of security incidents, and coordination with security personnel to prevent and respond to potential threats.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to detect unusual, suspicious, or unauthorized activities.
• Observe and report security incidents, safety hazards, and policy violations in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate monitoring logs, incident reports, and CCTV footage records.
• Review, retrieve, and preserve CCTV recordings for investigations and management requests.
• Coordinate with security officers and relevant departments during security incidents and emergencies.
• Ensure all CCTV equipment, monitors, recording devices, and related systems are functioning properly.
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with the concerned department for repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct regular checks of surveillance coverage and identify blind spots or security vulnerabilities.
• Assist in investigations by providing video evidence and supporting documentation.
• Monitor access control systems and verify compliance with company security procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance information, recordings, and investigation-related matters.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned by management.

Working Conditions

• May be required to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary.
• Requires prolonged periods of monitoring screens and maintaining vigilance.

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
