Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to assist with reviewing medical records, with a focus on gastrointestinal (GI) cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing patient charts, identifying key clinical information, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of medical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Background in nursing (Registered Nurse preferred, but non-RN candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply)
  • Experience in gastrointestinal (GI) care or related field is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze medical records for accuracy and completeness
  • Extract and summarize relevant clinical information
  • Ensure proper documentation standards are met
  • Collaborate with the team for any clarifications or discrepancies
