The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and operating surveillance systems within corporate offices and retail locations to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and company assets. The role focuses on loss prevention, incident monitoring, and compliance with security and data privacy standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across corporate and retail sites.
• Identify, document, and report suspicious activities, theft, safety risks, or policy violations.
• Support loss prevention efforts in retail areas.
• Coordinate with security teams, store management, and corporate stakeholders during incidents.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Ensure proper operation of CCTV equipment and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Adhere to company security protocols and data privacy regulations.
• Assist in investigations by retrieving and preserving video evidence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or loss prevention is preferred.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, reporting tools, and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security-related role is an advantage.
