Job Title: TechOps Support Specialist
Location: Metro Manila (Hybrid/Onsite)
Salary Range: ₱30,000–₱50,000 per month

About the Role
A leading global agency is seeking a TechOps Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for employees. You’ll ensure smooth IT operations across Windows, Mac, and Google Workspace environments, supporting both hardware and software needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Log and track support requests in ITSM tools (Freshservice, Jira, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (HP/Dell, Windows, macOS, iOS).
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Install/configure software and deploy hardware for new users.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Maintain IT asset records and contribute to knowledge base.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Conduct basic user training on IT tools.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of Mac & Windows desktop support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Apple macOS/iOS hardware.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and conference room technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
