Job Overview
Developers work in an agile work environment, collaborating with local and foreign teams of developers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include development of pages and features, writing automated tests, enhancing codebase, and transforming design prototypes. They will also apply and utilize AI tools to solve everyday problems. Successful developers have a strong grasp of software development and a keen interest in modern web technologies and AI. They are proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and capable of independently leveraging AI tools. They contribute actively to codebase improvements, and design prototype transformation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop, test, and optimize pages and features for software projects.
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders in various projects
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Transform design prototypes into clean, functional pages
- Build and document reusable libraries for future use
- Integrate APIs or AI tools to the UI
- Write automated tests for core components and functions
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure websites are mobile-compatible and responsive
- Assist in managing and deploying app releases
- Apply AI tools in coming up with solutions to everyday problems
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of ReactJS and NextJS.
- Knowledgeable in Typescript.
- Proficient with CSS technologies and frameworks such as tailwind.
- Proficiency with React testing tools such as react-testing-library and jest
- Proficient knowledge with version control systems (Git).
- Basic knowledge of prompting AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (copilot, windsurf, cursor).
Experience with the following are nice to have
- Design tools such as figma or motiff
- Prototyping tools such as lovable
- Continuous Integration tools
- Docker
