Position: Dental Biller

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Schedule: Eastern Standard Time (EST)

We are seeking an experienced Dental Biller to join our growing U.S.-based healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in claims follow-up, denial management, and AR aging, not just insurance verification.

Responsibilities:

· Manage dental claims follow-up and denial resolution

· Review and work denied, rejected, and unpaid claims

· Analyze denial reasons and take appropriate action

· Review EOBs and identify payment issues

· Handle claim corrections, appeals, and resubmissions

· Monitor claim statuses through payer portals

· Work with clearinghouses to resolve rejected claims

· Manage AR aging reports and prioritize outstanding balances

· Maintain accurate billing notes and follow-up documentation

Qualifications:

✔ Proven experience in dental billing and revenue cycle management (RCM)

✔ Strong knowledge of claims denials and AR follow-up

✔ Experience with denial codes and EOB review

✔ Understanding of timely filing limits, POS, modifiers, and coding-related denials

✔ Experience with claim resubmissions through payer portals and paper claims

✔ Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers

✔ Experience working aging AR by payer, oldest claims first, and high-dollar balances

✔ Familiarity with dental practice management systems such as Dentrix, Open Dental, and EagleSoft

✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

· Working rejected claims through clearinghouses

· Checking claim status through payer portals

· Managing the full denial follow-up process
