VIP Server / Bottle Server

Job Summary

VMX Club is seeking energetic, outgoing, and service-oriented VIP Servers / Bottle Servers to deliver an exceptional luxury nightlife experience to our VIP guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized bottle service, ensuring seamless table operations, anticipating guest needs, and creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.

As one of the faces of VMX Club, you will play a key role in maximizing guest satisfaction, driving beverage sales, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

VIP Guest Service

• Deliver exceptional and personalized service to VIP guests throughout their visit.
• Welcome guests professionally and escort them to their reserved tables when required.
• Build rapport with guests while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, attentive service.
• Ensure all guests feel valued, comfortable, and well attended.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Create memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat business.

Bottle Service Operations

• Present menus and bottle selections confidently.
• Recommend premium spirits, champagne, wines, and signature packages.
• Prepare tables before guest arrival.
• Perform professional bottle presentations and ceremonial bottle service.
• Ensure proper handling and presentation of beverages.
• Serve drinks accurately following company standards.
• Monitor beverage consumption and proactively recommend additional orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned VIP tables throughout service.

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Upsell premium bottles, champagne, mixers, food items, and add-on packages.
• Promote special promotions and exclusive VIP packages.
• Encourage repeat bookings and future reservations.
• Assist in achieving departmental sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with VIP guests and returning clients.

Table Management

• Prepare assigned tables before opening.
• Verify table reservations and guest requirements.
• Ensure complete table setup, including glassware, mixers, garnishes, ice, and amenities.
• Monitor table inventory throughout service.
• Coordinate with Service Runners for timely delivery of beverages and food.
• Ensure tables remain clean and presentable at all times.

Coordination

• Work closely with the Guest Relations & Events Manager regarding VIP reservations and guest requests.
• Coordinate with Bartenders for timely beverage preparation.
• Communicate effectively with Service Runners to ensure efficient service.
• Support Floor Operations during peak hours.
• Coordinate with Security regarding VIP arrivals when necessary.

Guest Relations

• Remember guest names and preferences whenever possible.
• Build relationships with regular and VIP clientele.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guests.
• Demonstrate professionalism and discretion at all times.
• Handle guest feedback positively and professionally.

Compliance

• Verify guest age and comply with responsible alcohol service policies.
• Follow company SOPs and service standards.
• Maintain proper hygiene and grooming standards.
• Observe workplace safety procedures.
• Comply with all company rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a nightclub, luxury bar, hotel, lounge, casino, premium restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
• Previous experience in bottle service or VIP service is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Sales-driven with the ability to confidently recommend premium products.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
