Full job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Healthcare Systems Management (30%): Ensures the availability, reliability, and optimal performance of healthcare systems by maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving applications while coordinating system integration with IT teams.
  • Business Analysis (25%): Analyzes business processes, gathers stakeholder requirements, translates business needs into technical specifications, and maintains accurate system and process documentation.
  • Technical Support to End-Users (20%): Provides technical support, resolves system issues in collaboration with IT teams, and conducts user training to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Quality Assurance (15%): Performs system testing, identifies and resolves defects, conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supports end-user training to ensure system quality and reliability.
  • System Evaluation and Recommendation (10%): Evaluates existing systems, recommends and implements enhancements, and stays updated on emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting healthcare information systems, with strong proficiency in the BizBox Hospital Information System (HIS). Experience with Electronic Medical/Health Records (EMR/EHR), PhilHealth systems, and related healthcare applications (e.g., LIS, RIS, e-HR) is highly preferred. Proven background in business analysis, technical support, end-user training, and system troubleshooting. Knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and familiarity with SDLC, MS SQL Administration, and T-SQL are advantageous.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
