Responsibilities:
  • Perform machine learning tasks, including data preprocessing, model development, evaluation, and validation to address predictive and prescriptive medical utilization challenges.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisions.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations for stakeholders within Utilization Management, Health Network Management, and Maxicare Health Services Inc.
  • Assist in building predictive models to improve medical utilization management and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare analytics reports and dashboards to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to automate data analytics processes and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure data quality through data cleaning, transformation, and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics initiatives and business projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as:
    • Computer Science
    • Statistics
    • Mathematics
    • Physics
    • Economics
